This Privacy Policy explains how Fernando de la Parra, operating as Forma by Fer (referred to as "I", "me" or "my"), collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use this service.

This policy is written in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By submitting the Forma by Fer questionnaire, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

Who I Am

Forma by Fer is a personal wellness guidance service. Fernando de la Parra is not a certified personal trainer or registered dietitian. All plans are based on personal experience and general fitness knowledge.

What Information I Collect

When you complete the Forma by Fer questionnaire, I collect the following personal information:

• Your name and email address
• Age, gender, height and weight
• Location (city and country)
• Body composition details (current and target physique, body fat estimates)
• Fitness goals, training history and exercise preferences
• Health information including injuries, medical conditions and physical limitations
• Nutrition habits, food preferences and dietary requirements
• Lifestyle information including occupation, sleep, stress and daily activity
• Supplement use

Some of this information — including health and body composition data — is classified as sensitive information under the Privacy Act. I handle it with extra care and use it only for the purpose of creating your personalised plan.

How I Use Your Information

Your personal information is used only for the following purposes:

• To review your answers and create a personalised training and nutrition plan for you
• To contact you by email to deliver your plan and follow up if needed
• To update or revise your plan if you request it

I will never use your information for marketing, advertising or any purpose unrelated to delivering your plan. I will never sell, share or disclose your information to third parties.

How Your Information Is Stored

Your questionnaire responses are received by email and stored in a secure, private folder within my Google Drive account (fer@ferdelaparra.com). Each client's information is kept in a separate, clearly labelled folder.

• Google Drive storage is protected by Google's security infrastructure and two-factor authentication
• Only I (Fernando de la Parra) have access to your information
• No third parties, assistants or contractors have access to your data

Your information is stored in Australia (Google's Australian data centres where applicable) and may also be stored on Google's global infrastructure, consistent with Google's Privacy Policy.

How Long I Keep Your Information

I retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to deliver your plan and any follow-up revisions. If you have not engaged with the service for 12 months, your information will be deleted from my records unless you have requested otherwise.

You may request deletion of your data at any time — see the section below on your rights.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information I hold about you
• Correct any information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Request deletion of your personal information at any time
• Withdraw consent at any time — this will not affect the lawfulness of prior use
• Make a complaint about how I handle your information

Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be noted with a new "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
